Her gift is guiding leaders to tap and trust their inner wisdom. With compassionate clarity, she deeply listens, mirrors and reflects — supporting clients to see their unique gifts, deep patterns & shadows. She works experientially, helping leaders break through habits, beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve, to create new patterns and thrive in new ways.

Clients develop stronger confidence, awareness, presence, authenticity and relationships with key stakeholders. They become more effective — better leaders, of themselves and others, as they navigate change.

Robin brings over 30 years of experience an executive coach, consultant, facilitator and thought leader. Clients have included ABB, Microsoft, Eli Lilly, Fujitsu, HP, Banco Santander, Hitachi, Cole Haan/Nike, non-profits, governments, startups.

She teaches the core class ‘Leading Individuals and Groups’ at Simmons MBA. She has been a fellow at Harvard University, sat on the board of the UN Association, and worked, lived and traveled across 29 countries.

For 9 years, Robin was Research Director at Deloitte, where she led the firm’s global research on the human aspects of organizational performance and served as an advisor and executive coach in the firm. Prior to Deloitte, Robin led global production as VP of Cole-Haan, a subsidiary of Nike. She began her career as a strategy & operations consultant with Kurt Salmon where she focused on start-ups and turnarounds.

Robin has graduated in many leading-edge modalities of leadership, coaching, purpose, group dynamics, org development, neuroscience, somatic psychotherapy & trauma.

She has practiced meditation & yoga for 23 years.

Robin holds an M.A. International Economic Policy and Advanced Certificate in Org Development and HR, from Columbia University and a B.S. Industrial & Systems Engineering from University of Florida.
